Also, because the implants are tilted before they are embedded in the jawbone, All On 4 also allows people with minimal bone structure to have an implant fitted. A complex, time-consuming and expensive bone graft is therefore often not necessary.

Added to the fact that we can create the bridge from moulded acrylic and the result is the capability to insert implants and a full set of upper or lower teeth within a few hours.
